best turbo?

what would be the best turbo for my setup when i add 190cc injectors, fass 150/180, dj's fuel intensifer and studs? should i stay with a vgt? elites vgt-ss looked like it would make good power. i dont want much turbo lag cause its mainly a commuter truck. not much towing here and i do plow for my town if that makes a difference. but i would like to make the most power possible. should i just stick with trying to get an 03 turbo?

i have talked too and ordered parts from elite and i talked to them about there VGT-SS and what they said was with stage 2 injectors witch are basically 190s and the proper fuel system upgrades you can see upwards if not above 500+HP. i trust these guys and what they are selling i would go with the SS if I were you
