Whats the difference xcal 3 and sf3??? Help

Ok so I'm looking to buy a SCT flash and have seen both the xcal3 and the SF3 what is the difference if any?? They both claim to have the same canned tunes with same hp and tq ratings.....somebody help me out with this! Dont want to miss out on a great deal on the SF3 if its as good as the xcal3. Give me your input.

Thanks,
Scott

SF3 is canned tunes only and X3 is custom tunes only thats the difference. the SF3 can be converted to an X3 if you decide to go with custom tuning in the future

There is software on the SCT site that you download to convert the SF3 to the X3.. IMO i would just get the X3 and custom tuning right away you will be much happier

Get the Xcal3. Even it you converted the other you would have to pay someone for custom tunes.
