EXHAUST!!

I have an 06 f-250 with sct live wire with innovatives tunes a cold air kit with 4" mbr ehaust with a down pipe and no cats, but you cant really hear the turbo is their anything i can do to make the turbo whine more!!

yea it does...it looks more like a resanator more than a muffler but i hate to cut it off cause its all stainless and was expensive and suggestions??

I assume its welded in then? the only way to get more whistle out of it is to get rid of the muffler

wait a minute im quite sure mbrp mufflers basically hollow with small grooves all round inside like a cheese grater.

You are right but it still mufflers the sound quite a bit. You have to get rid of the muffler to get the whistle you want

Does the cat have anything to do with turbo sound, or is it just the muffler? i currenty have the strait piped system but i was curiouse what would change if i threw the cat on. thanks
