Has anyone actually GAINED economy due to injectors?!

All the magazines I have read say they gained like 2+ MPG going to larger injectors which I think is BS.

So anyone here can you post if you have larger injectors and if you have gained lost?? Thanks!

I gained about 2mpg when I went to stage 1 injectors. I also change from a edge juice and evolution to a Dp tuner in order to run single shot injectors. I dont knowhow much was tuning and how much was the injectors

I think you have to take into consideration what all else is done to the truck when you consider what is gained or lost as far as economy is concerned. When you add larger injectors you usually will add other mods as well such as fuel systems, larger turbos and such. What did those magazine say about supporting mods for those injectors?
