I am bone stock (no turbo upgrade, or injector upgrade,,, yet) with just a programmer. I blew the head gaskets in 3 months. Big job, worth every headache!!!!!!

2004 F-250 FX4 King Ranch, 4" RBP turbo back minus that lousy kitty, s&b intake kit, SCT X3 with Innovative tunes, Elite x-over coolant lines, Liberator EGR Delete, Elite .20 pistons, Elite stg 2 cam, Elite VGT-SS turbo, Stg 3 H2O/ meth, and now I'm broke...

$590 for the studs, and EGR delete from liberator $600. Labor was my warranty deductable $100. but I blew the EGR cooler, and that was $425 so they credited that toward the delete kit.

Some people are lucky to have good dealerships around that will work with you... I was one of the lucky ones. Others not so lucky and you could spend around $2000-2500 in parts and labor to pay a performance shop to do it for you. This is just a ball park number of course, but it should be fairly accurate. Still well worth it IMO. If you can afford a $2000+ turbo and $1600+ injectors it should be on your "to do list" first.
