Tuner Suggestions

So here we go got a 04 6.0L stroker cab and half 4x4 lariat. stock and i mean stock. Wanting to do a lil upgrading. Looking at a tuner. Already in the plan to eliminate the cat, and muffler and just gonig to put a bigger tip on it but the rest will be factory exhaust. I am wantingn to get a tuner/chip/programmer. I woud really like to get a package deal with a tuner, and guages especailly one to check the egt's. So my questions are these:

1. Tuner package deal including all guages needed to check on boost, egts ect... is there anythign out there
2. need 3 programs mostly.. 1. for economy 2. tow/haul (hauling grain wagons 30,000+ lbs and trailers) 3. black smoke haha just for show off not running it the whole time just for a few minutes if that. So what programs shoudl i get along with the tuner?
3. Can someone please help me out hahah

cant go wrong with a custom tuned SCT by Innovative and some Autometer Gauges...

custom tunes are def the way to go when it comes to a tuner... and SCT is by far one of the best tuners for the 6.0L

You could do a edge w/ atitude it would give you everything you are asking for. I am not a fan of shift on the fly though, it is very hard on your electronic Tranny. Edge is running a sale right now if you are interested PM me for a price. You could do a SCT and get some custom tunes and do a pillar mount w/ your gauges, That would be the all around best option for your truck.

oh sorry i forgot to mention.. I would love a tow tuner that maybe has what they call a poor mans jake brake?? if there is such a thing

anything can be done with custom tunes.... that is def something that Innovative can do to your tow tune.... the majority of people on here that have 6.0's run SCT custom tunes...

Raul, I was wondering if the link you gave me does that include 3 custom tunes from innovative?? also the guages does that include everything to monitor your egts? Sorry for all the questions guys im new to this and just wanna make a smart choice the first time out of the gate

The ONLY tuner you will every want for your 6.0L is the SCT with custom tuning. Please do not even entertain the thought of an Edge if you value your tranny. Of course that is just my opinion, of course. There is a reason that most everyone who runs a tuner on their 6.0L, runs the SCT and that reason is because it is the best choice for the motor and the tranny. I am sure there will be others who come along that will have the same thing to say as myself. Good luck in your search for power.
