Give me HE!! for Buying Bully Dog

Ok here it is, open invite. This was my 1st performance upgrade and I bought the Triple Dog Downloader. Happened to score the Outlook Monitor as well. I like the Monitor, but I have had some issues with the BD tuner in general. For example; every vendor that stocks their stuff advertises their HP/TQ gains with the CRAZY LARRY tune. Guess what? No LARRY for 6.0L's! And no one, even Bully Dog, will tell you that LARRY is MIA till you buy their stuff THEN ask for it. Angry? Yes I was, and am still. I have raised Satan himself with BD, and to no avail.

I AM buying an XCAL3 next. Learned my lesson this time. Unless anyone can talk me into the LiveWire instead. Figure I can use the Outlook Monitor, unless somebody wants to buy the Triple Dog and the Outlook from me. But ALL you'll get is the EXTREME setting.

Good choice, I'd keep the outlook. I find I don't always turn my livewire on bc I'll forget to turn it off. Unless I'm towing or something.

I would agree. Keep the monitor and get the Xcal 3...

Thanks. I was just "uneducated" at the time of purchase. Anyone got the hookup with returning Bully Dog stuff for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT?? They don't like my phone calls anymore, and haven't EVER responded to an email. Feels like dealing with DELL's help center in Bangledesh.

tell them it wont work on your truck so yo would like to return it. I had a bully dog, it sucked, then it fried my PCM..... ill never buy anything from bully dog again. Go for a custom tuned SCT. its the only way to go.

I have tried only Bully Dog. I got the BD stuff from a pretty reputable diesel vendor. They are all over the magazines with "package deals"

and they would be? the company should take care of you imo. cause i know we have a 30day satisfaction guarantee.
