I like the street tune on the highway, there is a certain spot in my pedal that will just throw you back into your seat. I haven't found that on Looney yet. Dont' know the turbo question. Good luck.

As for cleaning the turbo, what are you trying to clean? Exterior wise, soap and water will work, just make sure you don't get water inside the housings or the oil passages.

Ive tried DFuser's street along with his Extreme tune and Dj's Street and Looney tune and Ive found better MPG on the extreme tunes and Looney tunes. If you are dog it hard you might see better increases with the street because the fueling might be a little milder than the extreme tunes. If it was me, id load the Looney tune for highway. If your in town or city id use an economy tune that has good economy fueling unless you live where theres little red lights and high speed limits.
