Seeking Advice on upcoming 2007 6.0 Build

I am seeking advice on an upcoming build of my 2007 6.0 because I am going to pull the motor to install ARP studs. I might as well knock everything out while I have the motor out. I am looking to create a reliable, but powerful 6.0 without having to modify the Torqshift tranny. I use my truck as a daily driver and for pulling loads. I don't want a racecar, but I want it to get up when I stomp on it. I haven't had any issues with the engine minus changing the EGR valve twice due to gunk buildup. It has just over 100K on it at this point, but I have baby the whole truck with oil changes using T6 or Mobile1 with RevX and OEM filter every 5K, Tranny fluid changes every 30K using OEM recommended fluid with both filter elements changed, and OEM fuel filter changes every 10-15K. I also need to be able to pass and or give the appearance that I am in compliance with EPA requirements so I don't want to remove the EGR system.

Current mods:

Dieselsite Coolant Filter
Mag Hytec Deep Tranny Pan and Rear Diff Cover
Conversion to RED ELC Coolant
AFE Stage-2 Si Magnum FORCE PRO DRY S Stage-2 Si Intake
FLowmaster Turbo Back 4" exhaust without Cat installed, but I have the option to install it if needed later on
AFE Bladerunner Intake Manifold, only installed this because I got it for free

Future mods:

Turbo:
Garret Powermax or Mad Turbo Werks Stage 1 or Mad Turbo Werks Hybrid

Injectors:
Warren Diesel 155cc or 175cc injectors

I am haven't decided on which ones because I haven't even spoke with Warren Diesel yet.

Tuning:
Innovative Diesel using SCT

Looking for opinions here, but I plan on speaking with the guys over at Innovative soon. Any ideas on which tunes sound like they might work for me.

Oil/EGR Cooler:
New OEM Oil Cooler
AFE EGR Cooler

Thoughts on this setup. Seems to be my only option unless I want to spend a lot on an aftermarket oil cooling setup.

Fuel System:
Regulated Return and AirDog that feeds OEM fuel pump.

Any thoughts and opinions on the best Regulated Return out there? Thoughts on AirDog? Needed or not?

Headstuds:
ARP Headstuds with OEM Headgaskets

I thank you all ahead of time for your input and opinions. This is all I can think of at this time, and I think I have everything covered for the most part.

Forgot to mention that I plan on monitoring my truck with the Edge insight CTS. What parameters should I monitor for sure? I had plans to monitor EGTs and installing the turbo timer feature. It was my understanding that the Edge Insight monitors some parameters without external sensors, but for some like the EGTs you need to by an external sensor.

Fuel system is fine in stock form for 155's and 175's anything over those and I would recommend building a fuel system.

Tuscany HELPED me a bunch selecting my injectors. My newest turbo also helped me decide on how big to go. There is a lot of info to help you make the best decisions on your build if you dig deep enough..
I will be finishing my injectors today.. as soon as it warms up a bit..27 deg last night..
