Edge Juice w/Attitude?

I'm new to the forum and have already learned some good information about diesels. I'm currently deployed to Iraq. When I left my truck was all stock but since the deployment began I've had things put on my truck so when I return home I'll have an even better truck. During my R&R I was able to drive it with the new exhaust and loved it!!

I've got a question about the Edge Juice w/Attitude. I bought the system used from a guy who had a 2003 F350 6.0. He said the system was a EJF2000WAM. I had it put on but the Attitude comes and goes. My grandfather drove it to my house from the mechanics place and said it shut off while going down the road. He told me if you start the truck in the morning it works fine until it gets warm then it shuts off again. He said once the screen shuts off the whole system shuts down. Has anybody heard of this happening? I've read that there was a EAF2205 and a EAF2000. Basically two different kinds that work on the 6.0. Could I have the wrong Attitude for my truck or does it matter?

Welcome to the Org, Don't know much about the edge, but it sounds like the programming isn't compatible with your truck, or either a egt is set low for it to cut off possibly, where in iraq are you?

I had someone check the EGT setting and thats not it. Thanks for the feedback though. Currently stationed at Camp Ramadi.

Welcome to the Org Bulldog! I know you spent money on the Edge, but your best best would be to get rid of it and get you a SCT. Your motor and tranny will be much happier. I personally have no experience with the Edge myself. I am sure that someone will some along and can hopefully help you out. Again, welcome.
