Bully dog power pup
A friend of mine wants to buy a bully dog power pup at my work for a 03-04.5 dodge 5.9L cummins. The truck that was equipped with the power pup was sold and was not returned back to the stock setting
 So the downloader now has the info of that truck. Is there anyway to erase the file on that truck?

If I understand you right that power pup is what they call vin locked it is useless to anyone but the truck that has the file on it. The only way to use it on another truck is to return the first truck back to stock with that tuner

Yea so I talked to a bully dog tech today and he said the best way is to locate the vin of that truck as it should appear on the power pup screen when powered on or pluged in any dodge truck. But since i cant seem to find the vin for some reason I may just send it to them to reflash it.
