SCT Friday Question??????

So I got a turbo back kit and some guages and the SCT and played around a bit with some of the canned tunes. They work not bad but the obvious next step is to go custom. Before doing that I want to get my truck serviced and a bit of warranty work done. I returned the truck to stock with the X3 and I am wondering if there is anything else I need to do?

cycle the key on and off 10 times, this will erase the KAM code (P1000 i think it is) that will show up in the computer which will alert them that the PCM has been reprogrammed with a tuner.

I had a buddy look into my pcm and found that there was a tuner installed even after the truck had been back to stock for about 2 weeks. He said that it always leaves a finger print in there.
