so i messed up my SCT

i downloaded some tunes with my antivirus on and in turn my SCT has taken a giant brain fart. do i need to send it in or is there anything i can do to fix it myself?

Call the boys down in florida. They will log into your computer and look at your SCT while you are on the phone. If all else fails you may have to mail it to them.

You should be able to reformat it and reload the files...there is a process to do it. Call Matt at SCT and he will work with you...nice guy.
