xtreme x vs. xtreme street transmission ?

I am new to tunes for diesels and i want to buy a tune or two from Innovative Diesel. My question is for a daily driver would i be better off with the xtreme street because it does not lock the torque converter, or would the Xtreme x be ok to run as a daily driver. Im not to familiar with torque converter lock and what it does, how it acts or if it will damage my transmission over time. My truck is studded, has an egr block off and the egr turned off right now with the sct tuner. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

anyone? does anyone have any experience with both positive or negative experiences. I would like to purchase a tune tomorrow or the next day loking for some final imput from some more experienced guys

extreme x is kind of annoying as a DD cause the shift points seem a little bit more touchy especially between 40-50 MPH it will shift up and down alot if your cruising within those speeds just regular extreme HP tunes generally seems to be the best for MPH and DD driving.

yes have studs and deleted and running a 4 inch turbo back exhaust no cat or muffler. I am running the canned performance tune right now but trying to figure out which would be the best tune for me. Thank you for the input i do a lot of city driving and 40-50 area im always in. Any more advice or knowledge you could share

My favorite race tune right now is Tony Wildmans Extreme Stud tune.

Perfectly daily driveable anywhere.

I would give the SRLXX a try. Given the speeds that you drive, you might need him to adjust the where he locks the TQ. Great power and shifting. I've tried other tunes, but most seem to have the light switch effect, which drives me nuts.
