Dorman Oil Coolers

All,

Wanted to share my expeirence with this not so great product. I know there has been discussions about them, but this will hopefully shed some light on what you can expect. Im not bashing the product and everyone is entitled to their own opinions..take a gander at how the housing gasket deterioated...

I finished the rebuild in March of this year...so about 6 months...less than 2K miles have been put on her since...I recently noticed a spike in my deltas and got concerned, picked up a BPD Oil Cooler and pulled this crap today...so instead of hopefully getting the BPD Oil Cooler installed, I got to spend the day cleaning this mess...I'm more than thankful that the reservoir filter didn't give...literally looks like I got it just in time.
