Muff Delete 2003 6.0 F450

I have a 2003 6.0 F450. I spent $50 to MUFF Delete. Very Very Raspy around 2700 rpm and you can't even hear the turbo spool. Anyone else had the same issue?

I had my muffler removed and hated the sound! Do you have your Cat in place?

I have taken the Muffler off of my 03 F550 I can really hear the turbo and around 2600+ rpms she starts to growl at you. I still have the CAT in place for now. I don't know if I want any more sound out of the truck or not. I had a few fellas tell me yo uare better off without the muffler than without the CAT. said the CAT in the 03-07 6.0L were not all that bad.

I have removed both on mine and love the sound, that's just me. Although when hauling a heavy load it can get annoying. The Cat restricts more sound, but that's just my opinion.

that is what I was told. the CAT helps cut down on the sound and doesn't restrict that much flow. Now the muffler on the other hand cuts down on the flow.
