chip?

my girlfriends dad is looking to get a programmer for his 05 powerstroke. he wants better mpg and he also likes the idea of being able to put a rev limiter on it. i know more about the 7.3 chips/programmers so what are his best options for a 6.0? thanks

i am a 7.3 guy as well but i believe the sct with custom tunes would be the way to go and im sure the 6.0 guys will be along in a second im sure i will be close
