As I am trying to keep this under my budget, would you absolutely recommend the following:

Glow Plugs (long) Qty. 8 3C3Z-12A342-AA $105.60
Glow Plug Buss Bar (L&R) 3C3Z-12A690-BA/AA $41.60
Updated Turbo Drain Tube 6C3Z-9T515-A $24.37
Updated Turbo Oil Feed 3C3Z-9T516-A $87.50
Thermostat 4C4Z-8575-AA $28.60
Updated Dummy Plugs Qty.2 W302908 @24.60
Updated Stand Pipes Qty.2 3C3Z-6N853-BA $103

Which of these can I just not replace?

I thought 03-04 6.0's didn't have problems with their dummy plugs and stand pipes? If your glow plugs are working great and your on a tight budget you don't have to replace them.
