Sinister Diesel Coolant Filter and Temp Sensor

I have an 06 f250 6.0 and just placed an order for the Glowshift Max Tow EOT, ECT, and EGT. There are several threads for ECT sensor locations but very vague in regards to what im interested in. I want to install it in the extra port on my sinister coolant filter

Has anyone successfully installed a 1/8th NPT sensor inside the filter housing's extra port? Does it work well? Do you remember what size thread it is and where you got the adapter from?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm deployed right now and trying to round up all my parts for when I get home.

Thanks

Is that after driving around for a while? What's the temp outside? Reason I ask is because I actually installed a digital gauge (scangauge 2 to be exact) and I see my ECT at about 185ish when it's 80 degrees out during the day and about 170ish when it's around 65 degrees at night. After about 30 mins of driving. So if it's pretty cool outside I think your temps are pretty close...

190 is the optimal temp and what the thermostat opens at.. my temps were 165 constantly before I changed the therm.. now its 190 no.matter the outside temp or driving conditions id double check that if your temps are that low. Sounds like it failed open.
