EGR kit on ebay

Hey guys, I seen this kit on ebay today and wasent to sure about t so, I figured I would ask yall. I have the block off plate from elite, but I was wondering if this kit would work out better?

There are better options out there; I would seriously question that eBay ad... Doesn't have all the pictures-WTH? That kit is supposed to bypass the EGR entirely. There are several folks around here that have bypassed the EGR cooler; some with kits and some without. You might contact Abrannan19.

Install freeze plug in up pipe and weld EGR valve shut

freeze plugs can come out and into the turbo.

also when doing it that way you create turbulence in the up pipe.

Thats why its best to remove the 'y' not just block it.

blocking off the cooler will throw a code on the 05^ but can be turned off with the SCT

blocking it off works fine I think Adam just means the BEST way is to remove one leg of the Y, the part that leads to the cooler.
