With everyone that I have delt with in the diesel community DJ and Vivian's customer service ranks way up there. Give them a chance and I promise you will be very happy.

Well this was at night, so I'd at least expect a phone call or email in the morning to get my transaction going? Got nothing.... I had to call later that afternoon. Then when I finally gave all of the info AGAIN, I was told I'd receive it in 30 mins. I didn't receive it until 5 hours later. Now I email them this morning explaining a problem I have with their tune and my tranny, and I still haven't gotten a reply. Is it just me??? I am so aggrivated.
are you serious! It's definitely just you. you don't have to air it out on a public forum. If was dj's diesel I would refund your money and send you to my competition.

definately dont want to air that in a public forum, i think its unfair to say they totally suck. they get very busy, especially during the race season. give them a chance and i can auusre you that you wont be disappointed anymore. Vivian will set things right if you give her a chance. ( i would edit your origianl post too but thats just me. )

just saying, having it be the first time dealing with them and left hanging for 2 weeks in a row isn't a great first impression, and that's what people will go on. at least say, hey we're busy but we'll get back to help you asap. that's good customer service.

Dont take offense to this but its not a good idea to bash a preffered vendor on here. I know where your at, we have all been there, we all get to the point were we want something and we want it yesterday, give them a ring see what the story is, things happen, ppl get busy, whio knows just give them a chance im sure they will make it right. I have been on both sides of the situation and s**t just happens. Alot of us understand what its like when things like this happen and that you just need to vent, this is as good a place as any. Being a small buisness owner, I know whats its like to get behind the ball and have things happen to hold you up, so like I said just give them a call see going on. Hope all works out for you!

it's a public forum you can air what ever you want, if she feels unsatisfied with the way she was treated she has the right to pass that on, she's the one dropping the $ on **** and with the way the economy is, I'd bend over backwards to make what I could, if they where busy thats fine, but I'm sure there's other people there that could of let her know of the situation, a little communication goes a long way. I wouldn't edit **** it's how you feel so be it
