Are you guys implying that some dealers will do the head studs when you might not have a problem. If so anyone know of a place closer to SW Missouri?

i did have a blown head gasket. Some dealers will put in arp studs under warrenty. just gotta look around for a customer service friendly dealer. Ive heard a few stories where people just took them and and complained about the problem asked them to check it out and while it was apart they asked if they just want ARP's thrown in

it voids it but the tech is just very leanient on what he looks for. just find a tech at a dealership and maybe talk to him after hours and see how he is just to make sure your ok. i know my tech is gonna be programming the truck when i leave the garage with an sct +160 tune from innovative and he installed the egr blocker plate for me while he had it apart
