prices on air bags

Guys I got a chance to pick up a used air bag set up. It has a LDC compressor, tank and the 2 firestone air bags for $200. It does work and bags are good. Only possible issue is that the set up came off a Chevy so I dont know how it will bolt up but Im sure Id have to buy the brackets.
So what do you think???

Also I was thinking more of using the compressor and tank for say a set of horn's and some light air tools (filling tires, maybe a tool if possible)

Chances are, the compressor will not produce enough air to do much of anything with.

If you we're determined, you could mount a manifold and run a line to fill up bicycle tires and such

I just finished an on board air set up using a viair 450c
Thank goodness it is 100% duty cycle because that thing runs non stop to keep up with any air accessory or filling 37s.
It does kick butt at filling my air bags though

Not the type of item you want to buy used and not specific for the truck, especially the frame brackets and bag rating. There not that expensive new. I have numerous friends I run with that have run bags for the last decade, they have all experienced one failure or another, my opinion of the Firestone type kits is very low.

I purchased mine used and haven't had a single problem out of them.
