Question Rehab Kit

So for all of you out there that has done a bullet proof on their 6.0 what are your thoughts on this kit?

Also i am having a EGR code pop up it has come and gone on its own twice now. once for half a day and again for three days. it keeps coming back. is the SCT scanner the only way to reprogram the computer to make it think there never was an EGR. or is the edge CTS just as good. all idea welcome as i am trying to make this truck last 400,00 miles or so.

I think you can probably piece it together cheaper than that. OEM gaskets and ARP studs will do just fine. The black Onyx, atleast the old ones, had a pretty high failure rate. I know these say they are updated but I wouldn't chance it. Check some of the stickies there is one by Tuscany that is all the parts needed to bulletproof.

I think the majority will say sct tuner will be your best bet. I just bought one because based on what I read the tuning is a little more in depth. And a custom tune will need to be written to keep the CEL off.
