Dura is correct, no scoop in the 03-04, only the 05-07 have the scoop. You can also modify a stock up-pipe to eliminate the entire flange which is what I did (like the following pics),insted of paying the 225 bucks Elite wants I just haven't gotten around to doing my entire EGR elimination as of yet.![]() ![]()

Blocking it off will result in the truck runing better due to the fact that you are not re-introducing spent exhaust gasses back into the intake, also keeps from "sooting" up your intake as well. Completely eliminating the EGR cooler is just further insurance from coolant side issues resulting from failure of the egr,and or oil cooler.
