SCT X3 and SF3 differences

I ordered an SCT programmer off of ebay. I thought that I bought an X3 but what I really bought was an SCT SF3. Can these still be custom tuned or will I have to get the X3?

X3 and SF3 are the same except SF3 comes preloaded with stock tunes, just call the vender of your choice and order custom tunes for the SF3. It will hold 3 additional custom tunes at one time.

I really like my tunes from Innovative (Street, Ext Street, Ext Race) and as others have said good customer service. However I will be trying some tunes from DJ as well.
