BPD bypass filter question-

Question for those that have the BULLET PROOF DIESEL bypass oil filter with the amsoil upgrade. The little reducer plug that you screw on so you can run the AMSOIL filter, I was considering maybe locktiteing this plug on. Just seems that if this little plug ever came out with the filter that this could be a PIA.
What did you guys do?

Locktite won't hurt. If you tighten down the adapter really good, then it shouldn't come off when removing the used filter. Your only suppose to hand tighten the filter onto a filter head. When a used filter gets stuck onto a filter head, it's usually the rubber seal that makes the used filter a PITA to get off.
