If your going to spend the money I suggest the livewire for custom tunes.

Are you a pirate? Because there's only one letter in the word "A"

SCT is the tuner of choice. Don't tune it without having a good monitor in place. A good monitor is the first thing you need with a 6.0. You can get both in the SCT Livewire but I prefer the SCT X3 or SF3 for tuning and the Edge Insight for monitoring.

SCT . The Livewire gives you monitoring capabilities and the tuning capabilities as do the Edge. The SCT has "canned" tunes, which I guess you can compare to the "levels" Edge offers. However, the "canned" SCT tunes or Edge tuning do not compare to the custom tuning you can have written and loaded onto your SCT. The monitoring function is more important than custom tuning in my opinion. Personally I run the Edge CS monitor and have an SCT X3. I had an Edge Evolution before my X3 and the Edge tunes didn't even compare to the canned tunes on my SCT. Custom tuning all the way though.

Chris- 2006 XL F250 44 LBCC, the "Don Schula express"..

Holder's 190/30s, custom reg return, 6.7 pump fuel system, custom built Amsoil oil bypass, custom ported intake and custom stage 2 GT4088 turbo, all built by me, Rudy's uppipes, Coolingmist methanol injection, studded, deleted and oringed heads with some BPD goodies... with some love from Loxdce
