I run a Afe stage IIsi on my 6.0. Nothing hugely noticeable but I like it. What are you doing with the truck? With stacks you will probably have a cut holes in the box floor. Maybe just get a 4" system that exits in front of the rear tire. I think those look good

I run a S&B cold air intake and I like it. The majority will tell you to go with AFE or S&B. I could tell some throttle response and mid range power difference.

An intake and exhaust won't really do anything for power but you can get the noise. Just do a 4" or 5" straight pipe but I'd run it all the way back behind the wheel to exit unless you really like the soot look all over the passenger tire/wheel.

Save the money on the intake, stock is fine for up to 500HP buy an SCT Tuner and start saving for the parts your going to need to keep it running a long time....

There's a list of things that aren't optional if you plan to keep this for a few years.
