MTW wait time?

I know that Adrian is busy but I have had my order in for almost two months and still no turbo? Got ahold of him and he told me to shoot him some texts to remind him about shipping mine out first thing (since there was a mix up issue) and he hasnt responded to my texts and that was a couple weeks ago? does everyone go through this? My turbo is not running properly and its difficult to tow my 5th wheel right now with the turbo not running right hence my eagerness... Not complaining but just want an answer is all because If I have to wait any longer I might just ask for a refund and go a different route so I can get one ASAP.

Again, call, email, PM, send smoke signals, whatever, but send this stuff my way. Adrian stays covered up building turbos. That's why Nate and I have listed MTW phone numbers. We have always tried to do whatever it takes to make our customers happy, some customers will never be happy, but the vast majority have had a pleasant experience with MTW and our products.

Give me a call guys (412) 926-3688.

Try this and see if it helps he put it on another thread when a guy was having troubel getting ahold a Adrian.

Ok, give me a call and I'll get this sorted out. If you would like a refund, I'll do it, if you want the turbo, I'll get it. 412-926-3688 or email me @ Mwilbur516@yahoo.com or PM me here.

PLEASE, PLEASE call me or Nate before waiting 2 months on a turbo. Adrian builds, we sell and take care of customers. I'm trying to get these issues worked out.
