Bigger engine mods and trans reliability comes down to your right foot and prior trans maintenance. So their is no real answer for you.
I seen in your other post, your getting ready to add gauges. If you go with the 3 in 1 glowshift, then you should also get some sort of OBDII monitor. Just watching EGT, boost and FP isn't enough.
