quadzilla problem

hey every one.

i just for the race quadzilla chip and i have all the colors come on for my 04 6.0L orange red orange green. but when i go threw the 3 levels blinks green on 1 then blinks orange on 2 then blinks red on 3 and there is no power, sometimes the color on the levels wont blink and i can feel the extra power. does any one know whats going on, i have looked and re did the wire connections and can't figure it out...it works every so often.

It's the switch, Mine used to do the same thing. Send the switch back to them and tell them to exchange it. They changed mine out no questions asked.

It is in warm up mode whe it is blinking the color of the power level you are in.

Let the truck warm up to 140deg Oil temp and the power will be there.

It is a safety feature.

it happens when the engine is at running temp... iam sending it back tomorrow to get looked at. i can have my engine at running temp. shut it off turn it back on and it work and then i shut it off for 2 seconds and it stops working again.

Are you sure you did not have the EOT connector on the Xzillraider harness plugged into the IAT sensor?

This is pretty common and they look the same. Once is on the drivers side of the oil filter and the other is on the passenger side of the oil filter. If you get them mixed up it can and will do this. You can sometimes also see the light change from blinking to not blinking while driving as the IAT moves up and down.

I am sure we will test it when we get it but, I was curious if you checked that as it is probably the #1 thing people get confused on.

oh right on you work there sweet..umm iam pretty sure i had every thing in the right place umm like i said its already been sent out. hopefully your the one that works on it for me
