Looked like a nice strong pull. How hot did it get with those 190's and stock turbo?

Thanks. I couldn't make out what my livewire was reading with the way the truck was moving, I can't imagine it was pretty. Ect was 190 and Eot was 192 when I hooked, by the time I unhooked Ect was 210, Eot was 212, so there was a pretty good shock of heat there.

He means EGT wise how hot. Also why are you running a stock charged with 190's Heck of a lot more power to be had with a bigger snail. How did you start and finish the pull? I mean what gear did you start in and finish in. I am going to try pulling this year and have never done it befor. Just wondering what works for you?

I know he ment egts....... Like i said i couldnt make out what the livewire was reading with how much the trucks was moving down the track it wasnt a big concern either for that short run. And obviously 190s are over kill for a stock turbo but around here the turbo MUST be stock to pull street diesel. I have a s366 sitting in the garage waiting to go on after this pulling season. And 4lo 3rd gear is the best to pull with no need for any shifting.

Wow... I really dropped the ball on reading before I posted. I missed the fact that you couldnt make out the livwire, my bad. I also didnt read the sig where it clearly says s366 in the works. But I learned somthing at least. Ill try 4lo and 3 and let you know how it goes.

People pull differently. A lot will just leave it in D 4Lo. Others including myself start off in 2nd gear then shift to 3rd.

You can get a file also that will keep the truck from shifting past 3rd so you can just put it in D and go. At least, that's what I've heard.
