i dont now much about gasser pickups just wanted to find out a little bit about which gassers i should watch out for when some high ego person wants to put my 6.0 to the test in an race? what about an 302 f-250?

your truck should take out alot of cars and trucks on the road. you should be able to smoke a 302 truck. i would watch out for the srt10 dodge. i think they have 500/500. my truck beat one when the original owner had it also a couple newer vettes and the new gto but my truck only weighs around 5500 pds. all you can do is try. im sure youll be quite impressed

i'd say yeah! You could take a good amount of trucks with your set up! even with some steeper tuning you could take down a SRT-10. The quad cabs are dogs actually, so don't mind the viper badges on those paper weights!

i'm pretty confident that your truck can beat most 1/2 tons. my old truck was an "03 gmc 1500 4.8 w/ the same mods(intake, exh, programmer) and when i compare it to my 6.0 it's seems slower.

check out some vids on youtube of the srt10 ram and i think you'll be a little dissapointed. i think people "hype-up" the engine too much

In a 4wd boosted launch you will get most things from the start, so that's why stop light to stop light racing is great with these trucks.

However... Most people running looney's haven't gotten into the 13's unless they were regular cabs... 14.2-14.6 seems to be what I see at the track with people running looney's.

zoodad mod is cutting a hole behind your grill in front of your intake tube to get more air in. some say it works some say it dont. i say cant hurt its free lol here ya go ZooDad Mod
