I use my superchips daily and throw the SCT custom tune on when I want to play around. The high power SCT tunes are too sensitive for me for everyday driving and the canned tunes don't seem to be as good as superchips to me. If you want tons of power or more tunability since the tuner can pretty much set it up how you want it them SCT is the way to go.

What Superchips tuner do you have? I previously ran the Flashpaq 1805 and switching to the SCT X3 was most definently worth the money! Prior to the 1805 I had the Edge Juice w/Attiude. I was able to sell both the edge and flashpaq on craigslist and get some good money for them.

I truely wished I went the SCT route initially, but I was just late in the game and not informed. I was very hestitant for quite some time but finally gave in to all the hype and I'm sure glad I did!

Why the SCT X3 over other choices?

Most agree is the Custom Tuning ability. There is several vendors that can build specific tunes for what you are looking to achieve. From High, Mild, and Minimal HP increases. These tunes are calibrated from your stock engine strategy to give you more power, better shifting and assist in improved fuel economy.

Tunes can be made for racing, towing, smoking, pulling, fuel economy, street driving and more.... These tunes are tailored to your specific vehical to include additonal performance parts (intakes, exhaust, gears, studs, tire size, transmissions, NOS, Meth, etc...). Also, with an SCT you can have your EGR turned off, which is a great feature.

Spend some time reading about the SCT and MAYBE you'll be the next one starting a thread titled "I just ordered my SCT!"

+1 For the SCT. I just ordered mine from Innovative Diesel, give em a call or shoot Eric an email, hes always good about answering your questions, and if time permits.
I had a Diablosport Predator before the SCT arrived, and even the canned tunes on the SCT blew that POS away! Then I ran Erics Xtreme Street and Xtreme Race tunes around for a little bit, all I can say is the man has spent some time tuning!
Just do some research here, and youll see how many people are in love with the X3, whether it be Erics tunes or DJs, seems almost everyone is happy

Innovative Diesel If this link works ( i checked it, it should ) click the link, should bring you right to the CONTACTS page, and fill out the form, or call them at the phone number. Eric usually gets back to emails within 12-24 hrs. the only time Ive waited longer is over a weekend, which is obviously understandable
