Locking the TC with SCT

i dont have my truck back yet but i did get my SCT in the mail. i'm reading all of the different adjustments you can make....what are the pros/cons of locking the torque converter and what do you guys recommend for the shift pressure? and what does it mean when it asks if i want to lock the torque converter at closed throttle?

Well I know that if you lock the converter right after a shift its makes the shift real hard. If you have plenty of power theres less loss in the drive line if you lock the converter, basically. Because the tranny side of the TQ will never revolve as fast as the engine side unless its locked.
