Weak HPOP or IPR?

Under WOT my truck is maxing out at 3.9-4.2 icp Volts and the ipr is staying at 82% does that mean she's time for a new pump?

Is it normal for the IPR to read anywhere close to 82%?

How do I tell if its the IPR or the HPOP? Air test I suppose...

Its a 2006 f350 120k miles, running casserly 155's, already did stand pipes dummy plugs and the stc fitting update, I also changed the IPR screen when I had it apart for the oilcooler...

Im leaning towards a weak pump...

Ipr is full closed at 86% so that could be your issue.

82% is most likely the tune you are running. However, the voltage should be a bit higher. It would be ideal if the tune would command 85% or more and then you should see full ICP numbers. What is the PW you see when examining the voltage/pressure?

FWIW, I will be changing out a HPOP in an attempt to cure a lower than expected ICP at WOT with a full fuel tune (2.7ms) with 190/50s. If the oil is <150* I can get 4100 psi. At normal operating temperature with the fuel PW less than 2.0ms at >190*, the pressure gets to 4000psi or 4.9v. At full fuel it drops to 2600-3000 psi. I am hoping it is the pump based on the cold performance numbers.

im pretty sure the pw is 2.14 with the wildmans x tune with vivians looney wild tune it was 2.7. I thought I read somewhere that 82% was all the way closed. Maybe someone can confirm this...

Today I tried the looney wild with 2.7 PW the IPR stayed at 82% and the icp voltage dropped to 3.5 +/-
