SCT Tuner Issues??

I just recently bought the sct livewirets and havent been having ang good luck with it. I drive an 06 powerstoke with only 97k on it. It was all stock when i got it and ran great. I installed MBRP's 4'' turbo back exhaust and an AFE intake. The only other thing i did was the blue spring upgrade. With the tuner on street under accel it feels like the truck wants to fall on its face and hesitates a lot. Feels like the power is there but then cuts in and out bad. I told Sinister diesel about it and had them make me a custom tune for the truck. The limited the power less then scts street tune but under 3/4 throttle you can still feel it like missing. And it doesnt feel like it makes any difference under WOT. Has anybody else had an issue like this before? Sinister told me i probably have low fuel pressure at the heads. I kinda find that hard to believe the truck was maintianed very well and i never had an issue before the programer.

Check your fuel psi, just because you maintained it, don't mean that the original spring is weak or you have a issue with the fuel delivery.

Tunes will bring out the weak points in your motor or trans.

What brand fuel and oil filters are you running? Aftermarket filters can cause running issues.

I agree 100% with Rich here and you should install gauges so you can monitor vital things!

I had a similar issue with IDP's SCT 3015. I called them and they said to try the others, I had the issues with the Street tune. I set it on Performance and it's been flawless...

I agree but the SCT Livewire TS is a monitor the TS means touch screen not to insult your intelligents I am just going with you don't know that model. But I do recommend a EGT probe and fuel pressure gauge I know IDP makes a kit for the EGTs to connect to the Livewire TS but not sure one the fuel pressure one.
