Silverline 4" stainless muffler "seperated/broke" ?

I've installed these kits on three of our trucks.. 6.0L engines. 2006s and 2007s.

The 2nd kit i installed on a 2006 F350 at 46k miles, now has 88k miles and since around January 2013, i've heard a metal rattle sound. Swore it was a stone on the FX4 shield underneath, then sounded like it was from the engine.

Low and behold, as the noise has gotten a lot louder, and ONLY generally around 2500rpms it was really bad, now you hear it cruising at 2000rpms too, the Stainless muffer internals are shot.

Truck is no louder than previous, but obviously something inside the muffler has separated.

Silverline's exhaust warranty is lifetime on 304 stainless and 2yr on 409, which its older than 2yrs now. The muffler i believe is the same on both 304 and 409 kits, so I wonder if they'll warranty the muffler, its still shiny even.

Even if they dont, can you buy JUST the replacement 4" muffler from them?
