Isspro pyro problem????
Ok guys, I installed my Isspro gauges a few months ago, as some of you know they worked great except for my pyro gauge. It was only going up to about 400 at the most. So I called diesel manor, and they said it was a problem with either the gauge or the wiring with the brain box. They sent me a brand new gauge and wiring. Last week I FINALLY got around to replacing both the gauge and the wiring and the gauge STILL only goes to about 400 after driving for at least 15 miles... Anybody have any suggestions as to what could be wrong?? I know that some people are getting up to 1200-1300... I am going to call Diesel manor back and see what they say but I thought I would check to see if you guys had any ideas first... Thanks a lot guys...

im just wondering how the hell it could happen twice that I got either a crappy gauge or power box... Seeing as how I JUST replaced them both a few days ago...

You might check the wiring between the amplifier box and the thermocouple. Did you get the thermocouple and leadwire with the sealed connectors, or the type with the ring terminals?

My isspro pyro read 1500 when I started it up this morning lol.
I think that your thermocouple is bad. |

I called diesel manor yesterday...They really didnt have any idea of what was wrong, but when isspro sent me the new gauge and wiring last time, they sent me another wiring harness like 2 days later.. So the guy at diesel manor told me to try ANOTHER fricken wiring and box... And if that doesnt work then they would send me a new thermocoupler... He also told me that it should read over 300 within 30 seconds of starting the truck, however it usually takes mine at least 5 minutes to get close to 300...
