thank you every one for your help. thank you eric @innovative for what you have done for me. have only driven a little since i installed a tune about an hour ago. so far i love it. tranny feels great. power feels good. THANK YOU ALL, and many thanks to innovative diesel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

january 2003 6.0 F-350 Lariat 4x4 cc with 08 long bed. recon cab and mirror lenses, torqueshift(reman on 9-03-09) with three disc billet convertor(500 rpm lowered stall speed),mag-hytec deep tranny pan,, 8" fabtech lift w/ 37" iroc super swampers on helos,pro comp ladder bars, custom sct x3 with tunes by eric @ innovative diesel, boost and pyro,edge insight, afe, 4" straight piped, ARP headstuds, banks intercooler & high ram intake. engine mods & maintenance by first coast diesel performance.

Full 8inch ORU suspension. I mean everything. with bilsteins all around. Rear airbags.
SCT Tuned by Innovative with BANKS stickers still.
Banks Techni-cooler and full intake.
Full banks monster exhaust with gato dead.
Pro-Comp 37's on black 17's.
Amp steps, Hella of alot of Hella lights. 12 total.
AND FINALLY.....Head studs.

yep! boost went to 35 and i let off. got 70,000 miles on factory gaskets and head bolts. maybe it will hold. am thinking about going arp just to be safe.

had an edge. it was strong. this feels stronger and the tranny feels real good

is a race file stronger than xtreme street?
also, do i just download the custom file with no adjustments. it appeared that i could adjust some things ? i assumed that the adjustments would have already been completed by innovative on the custom tune.

The race tune is slightly stronger than the Xtreme Street but the main difference is that race locks the converter in 2-5 gear. It drives way different than a street tune.

There are some end user adjustments in the Xcal such as shift points, rpm limits, speed limit and shift firmness. I adjust the shift firmness on some tunes but for the most part I leave the rest alone. Remember if you change the shift point without changing the rev limit it may hit the rev limiter and be counter productive.
