superchips sct or Dr. Performance Predator Performance Module

First Post and thanks for any feed back.

I have a 2003 F350 4" lift 33" tires 6.0l only other mod is a 4" exhaust. At $4.19/gal i am looking for some help. Getting 13.6 around town and 19-20 on hiway. Of the listed units which on is best.

Can only afford one thing this time around so if any of these need any other mods it would be out no matter how good it is. Still have to buy fuel($50= 11gals).

The SCT or the Superchip or a module like Dr. Performance Predator Performance Module.

Again any help.

Thanks

SCT with custom tunes. But I wouldn't put any programmer on without a EGT and a boost gauge at a minimum.

I do much more in town driving. Not being greedy but would like 16 or 17 in town.

What is an EGT? ( no much on terms)

Exhaust gas thermometer is EGT the device. Technically called a pyrometer. EGTs are your exhaust gas temperatures.... . google it.
