Head Studs?

If you did one head stud at a time could you do it without removing your cab. A one for one swap?

You really should check the heads for warpage and change the gaskets. Otherwise yes, but if remove the evaporator core you can pull off the heads.

It can be done, but it sure is a pain and as stated above you want to check the other stuff out.

I would not do it I have been told it can be done doing the whole job inside the cab but is a pain

Just trying to do it without a lift. I dont have one sitting around the garage. My gaskets are still good never had a problem with that. So there shouldnt be any warpage RIGHT?
