for some reason i thought innovative was in florida with an area code i did not recognize. after getting them on the phone and talking for a while i broke out the credit card. i did tell them i was a member of the org and got a discount. i was wanting to drive to ocala florida where i thought they were located. they are somewhere else. i have read other posts from members, and just wanted an sct. i have no experience with anyones tunes or ability to tune. i hope i enjoy the tunes from innovative

You will be more than happy with Erics tunes, but if in the future you want to try a tune from DJ you can. Once you have the SCT you can load other tunes on it. When Eric emails your tunes save them in a folder. You can then get tunes from others and switch between.

thanks everyone. truck will be out of the tranny shop tomorrow. sct will be here also. how long does it take to get the custom tunes from eric, and how hard is it to install?

Eric usually responds within hours of you emailing your strategy to him. It's as simple as connecting the X3 to a USB cable and using the Liveload software that comes with it to load your tunes.

Once you pull the strategy off the truck and send it to him its usually that evening depending on how slammed he is. Its easy to do, call and talk with Ted or Eric. They will walk you thru it.
