Anyone running a MagnaFlow exhaust

Went to a a very reputable exhaust shop here in San Diego (Ed Hansen's) and he recommended the Magnaflow exhaust system for my 05 powerstroke. Just curious to who is running this exhaust on their rig.

I run it on my 7.3

4in turbo back Stainless. It is very nice and fits perfectly. I'm sure it's just as nice on a 6.0 setup.

The 4" turbo back is what he suggested. I was leaning towards the MBRP and he said there was no difference between the two except price. He said I would spend more for the MBRP.

Magna flow is higher priced than MBRP. MBRP is a great exhaust, and mine sounds freakin amazing.

i run it and love it. 4" 2piece dp 5" no cat no muff and a 7"tip. sounds good, deeper than a 4" system, fit great and the clamps they use are just like we use in the factory on explorers and do an excellent job. i would reccomend them

diff. is downpipe size...3.5" on MBRP and 4" on Magnaflow.
I've got magnaflow and love it, I wish sometimes I would have gone with a 5" system and got a 7" tip versus the 4" system and 6" tip I went with.

Mostly just for noise tho! haha

I am running the Magnaflow and have had no issues with it. I am also straight piped, no cat, no muffler! Here is a video of how she sounds.....

I've had mine in for 3 years now and it's great! Yes it is quiet, just like stock the way I like it. Check in Diesel Power mag for deals. I got the Magna flow,AFE intake, and Edge juice Attitude for 1315.00 at City Muffler and Performance in Oklahoma. It's probably more now, but that's the best way to go is to get all three.

The stock intake on the 6.0L is sufficient for the majority of applications and as far as tuning is concerned the SCT is a better product for the 6.0L. It has better tuning capabilities for the motor and the tranny. That is just my opinion but I am sure there will be others along shortly who will chime in. Good luck in your search for knowledge and power.
