Cat converter

What do you guys think gets the best fuel millage with cat or with out? Probally a stupid question but just wondering if any body tried both and saw a difference.

It is hard to tell the difference because most of us have changed our exhaust systems from the turbo back and have taken our cats out. I know that when I changed my exhaust and my air intake I got about 1-2 mpg better. Hopefully that helps

I have changed my exhaust mos ago and could tell a differance but i keep my cat on and know with diesel so high i am thinking about removing it.
