Who's maxed out 190's?

Ok guys I'm on the edge of pulling my 155's and stepping up to some bigger sticks. I would like to know what is the max hp to be expected if I went with 190/75's or 190/100's? I'm obviously talking about matching a larger turbo with the sticks. I'm wanting the truck to be over 600rwhp. Just curious if I stepped into the non-VGT world would 600+ on 190's be possible? Something like a 66mm? I know I have lots of questions but I'm ready to make some serious power and don't want to blow a bunch of money and be disappointed.

I know you should be in the 600s for sure with a 68 vgt, I guess Nate hit 605? And a guy on the army hit 599 with a rcd68 and 190/100s

Pizza pig would be able to hook you up on the non vgt questions

I'd go with 205/100s and a mad stage 4. If you want to go non vgt then an s366 would work well. That will put you over 600 hp.

Thanks for the replies guys. If I ran the S366 in this kit and 190/100's would I clear 600? How streetable would it be? Is there any chance at all that I could tow if I had to? Here's the link to the kit: Ford 6.0L S300 Turbocharger Kit

For the money that looks like a quick way to get to the power level I'm looking at. Would it be better to buy there kit without the charger and get my own?

If I were you, I would call Matt at cutting edge, have him send you his up-pipes and drain tube, then buy a box 66/73/.91 t4 divided turbo. It would be cheaper and the 73mm turbine is a low inertia inconel wheel that will defintely spool faster than the 74mm offered with that kit.

Why not go to 205s? Then I think you would be all but guaranteed 600 hp

I honestly think that with 190/100's 600+ is VERY attainable. There have been multiple trucks to hit that mark with those injectors now and a MTW Stage 3.

The reason I was looking at the kit was because everywhere that I've looked at up-pipes they want almost as much for just the pipes as these guys want for a whole kit that includes a turbo. I haven't price checked 205's but I assume they would be a good bit more than 190's and I was under the impression that with 205's you can forget towing anything. I do still need to be able to haul the boat to the river and pull my jeep when necessary. So I could buy that kit without the turbo for $700 and then get whatever T4 turbo that would work best. Is that the route I should check into?

White59rt, thanks for the heads up. I will shoot Gary a text message.

Very interested to see how all of it turns out. I'm tempted to go this way myself.
