SCT Looney tune!

I'm getting rid of the Banks 6 Gun. Got beat by a Dodge, don't like having the EGR code, can't raise speed limiter and it just doesn't seem to have as much power as it did before the head gaskets were done. My question is, how much power does the looney tune add? I have never used an SCT or ridden in a truck that has it. Just wondering what to expect. Thanks in advance.

My brother had the Banks 6 gun and traded it for a SCT and there is no comparison... SCT is way better.. He has tunes from Tadd at Elite but im pretty sure the Looney tune is the same.. Im fixing to get SCT for my truck also..

Dude, you'll be picking seat cushion out of your butt for three weeks after you run the Looney Tune the first time....

I run DJ's Looney, ID's xtremes, and Defuser tuners and IMO they all have a different feel to them. ID's tune to me seems very strong in the lower to mid RPM range where DJ's feel stronger in the mid to higher range. I haven't ran Defuser's tunes long enough to have a solid opionion. Any one else share this same opinion?

I agree with you on that Eric's tunes have alot of pull in the low to mid range. I ran a Defuser tune for about 5 miles, stopped and pulled it out. My truck did not like it at all. I have not ran DJ's before but I would like to try the Looney to compare.

My truck developed a transmission delay from p-r-d after running dfuser tunes. A member from another site PMed me and stated they had the same issue arise from dfuser's tunes and after returning to stock it went away. Well, after I went back to stock the delay was still there but progressively got better. It wasn't pretty much completely gone so I uploaded eric's xtreme street and it hasn't come back in 2 weeks. I'm too paranoid to run dfuser's tunes now which sucks because his offroad/track file was insanely fast! I think I'll stick to innovative. I will get tunes from gogo and dj in the future.

The looney tune is awesome I have ridden in a 6.0 w/ edge juice and it is nothing compared to a looney. You will not be disappointed with a custom tune from DJ.
