IPR Gen 2 EGR Delete Kit

Does anybody have a picture of theirs installed?....any write ups for this kit in particular?

I have never done this kind of work before, and the only thing I have to reference is the sinister kit .pdf instructions online. Just looking for some help.

I did find one video on youtube that was helpful, but I wanted to see if there was any more.

THanks guys!

RIck

ok, this is where I have gotten.

Intake is off, EGR cooler delete part test fitted...

I went to test the end that goes where the coolant cap was, and it does not fit.

not sure if it makes a difference, but I bought the kit that is supposed to replace the square egr cooler.

Please take a look, and tell me if I have the wrong part or if I am crazy thanks!

You're crazy...

Just kidding, bud. I don't know the answer to your question, but here's a bump for the ones that are running that kit to chime in.

Have you called and talked to Vince? If you call on the weekends and leave a message, he's usually pretty good about returning calls. I have no info on that EGR delete though.

hey bud, I too had an issue with this piece....it does fit, but I suggest to leave it all loose until you are happy with the snug ness of the intake....I broke mine, but it dosnt effect performance....

I will be posting pics soon.

Loosely fit the end into the bottom of the intake and set the intake down aligning the end that goes over the oil cooler block. Bolt it all in place. I don't have pics of the install I worked on but it really fits well and is a great kit. I know that doesn't sound like detailed instruction but it really is that easy.

there seems to be interference between the metal from the part to the oil cooler block not like a tight fit, but more like the wrong shape.
