Evolution CTS or Insight CTS

Im trying to see what the differences are. Looks like the evolution can program tunes into the truck to in addition to monitor stuff?? Im just trying to decide on which one I want. Got a 2006 F350 with 200K on it. 2004 motor with 100K on it and about 50-75 miles on being bulletproofed. Im not into any radical performance stuff with my truck or anything. I guess I just was looking for some opinions on which was gonna be the better fit? There is a $150-200 difference and didnt know if it was worth it. Thanks

How is the follow up with SCT? I have a PRP (Pro Racer Package) that I used to tune my Mustang with from SCT.
